Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms of Service are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of AXinside (hereinafter "AX") and its members regarding the use of the information community platform (hereinafter "Service") operated by AX.
Article 2 (Definitions)
"Service" refers to the information community and supplementary services operated by AX.
"Points" refer to virtual data earned or used within the Service, which may be modified, extinguished, or adjusted in accordance with the site's operational policies.
Article 3 (Modification of Service and Operational Policies)
AX may modify the content of the Service, point policies, and auction operation methods based on operational or technical necessity.
The criteria for earning, using, and the expiration period of Points shall be subject to AX’s operational policies. AX will notify members of such changes in advance, provided that urgent operational circumstances may necessitate retrospective notification.
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
As a general rule, AX does not provide users' personal information to external parties. However, if necessary for the smooth operation of the Service or the use of affiliated services, AX may provide personal information to third parties upon obtaining the user's separate consent.
Details regarding the third party receiving the information, the specific items provided, and the purpose of provision will be guided through a separate "Privacy Policy" and the individual consent process at the time of provision.
Article 5 (Transition to For-Profit Operation) AX is currently operated for non-profit purposes; however, it may transition to a for-profit service in the future to ensure the sustainability of its operations. In such an event, AX will comply with relevant laws and regulations and provide prior notification to users with a sufficient notice period.
Article 6 (Disclaimer) AX shall be exempt from liability in cases where the provision of the Service is impossible due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, or technical reasons, including regular system maintenance.
Article 7 (Member Obligations and Management of Posts)
Members shall not engage in activities that infringe upon the rights of others or violate applicable laws within the Service.
Depending on the nature of the community, AX may delete, move, or hide posts that are deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the purpose of the Service without prior notice.
Article 8 (Responsibility for Auctions and Point Transactions)
Transactions conducted through the auction system within the Service may proceed as direct member-to-member transactions or AX-led events. AX shall follow separate disclaimer regulations regarding the quality, delivery, or fulfillment of auctioned items, unless the items are directly provided by AX.
Members must not acquire Points through fraudulent means (e.g., macros, abusing). Violations may result in the forfeiture of Points and suspension of the account.
Article 9 (Restrictions on Service Use and Account Deletion)
Members who violate AX's operational policies or cause harm to others may have their access to the Service restricted.
Members may request withdrawal from the Service at any time via the Customer Center. Upon withdrawal, all remaining Points and data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Article 10 (Amendment of Terms)
AX may amend these Terms. In the event of an amendment, AX will provide notice starting at least 7 days prior to the effective date (30 days for significant changes).
If a member does not agree to the amended Terms, their use of the Service may be restricted. Failure to raise an objection within the notice period will be deemed as acceptance of the amended Terms.
Article 11 (Jurisdiction) Any disputes arising between AX and members shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of AX's headquarters.
